pre pregnancy i was 8 stone 4lb

Heaviest at end of pregnancy i was 11 stone

Post partum i weighed myself a few days ago and i'm currently 9stone 4lb. i put the weight loss down to hospital food for 3 weeks.lol

sorry the last 2 are the wrong way round

i cannot believe how quick your stretch marks went from being red to almost non existant ..... hope i have your luck

Right girls I want rid of my baby belly I have lost practically all of my baby weight. Im not to fond of my hips or the very bottom of my tummy!.

Before having kayla I was a lovely size 6/8 and weighed 7stone 6lb.

The week before having kayla I was 9stone 11lb Omg that was the heaviest I had ever been didnt dear go near scales ever ever again!.

Weeks later I was brave enough to get weighed again I was 8stone 9lb I was getting somewhere !

I was weighed yesterday at the doctors before being put back on the pill and Im 7stone 8lb Wowowww I was in shock!!!!.

So I need help with tonning my tummy now is anyone else having trouble getting back into shape?. I hate my muffin top and love handles!!

Here's some pictures I really want my old body back ready for the summer I would like to be happy wearing my clothes again.

This was me like 6 hours after having kayla there was no mirrors to see myself so I took a picture.

omg jay you look so good im well jealous!! you look near enough the same as you did pre preg, i weigh 12st!! whats your secret on how you lost your baby weight? lol x

Mm I guess I just feel a lot bigger!. I need to tone up still but I think my secret is well I'm guessing its all the walking I do at least once a day pushing kayla up a huge hill and I do it quite briskly and get my strides quite big. Must look like a right loser lol!.

I walk everywhere! Its a 30min walk into town and I do that 3times a week to meet my OH in his lunch break, there's like 3 massive hills to go up I end up nakered!

Aww 12stone is nothing it will fall off!. I haven't changed any of my eating I still end up having one sweet a day but not chocolate I'm not a chocolate fan!. I bet you still look great !x

okay heres the deflate pics, I was very very big at the last but feel really lucky with the way my belly has gone down I just miss my big pregnant belly now!

first pic is 39 weeks, second is 1 week pp, 3rd is today at 11 weeks pp

First photo is me at 10 weeks my belly looked pretty much the same as this pre pregnancy and the 2nd photo is the last photo of me being pregnant taken in the delivery room and the 3rd photo is me 1 week later i still have a stone to lose. I was also really really lucky to get no stretch marks.

Hi everyone, I am due in a week and my stretchies are starting to really get me down. I have them on my sides and belly which I can deal with but I also have them on my boobs, upper legs and now even small ones on my upper arms. Has anyone else suffered this? And is there a post natal thread for stretchies in other places? It would make me feel a bit better to see all these women looking great again as I hate looking at myself just now x

Try not to let them get you down tho hun. Im just starting to get them on my boobs, back of my knees and my back (i had loads from a growth spurt when i was 13 and now they are all going red at the tips and expanding to make new ones. Im going to try and think of them as 'mummy lines' as at the end of the day its part of making the gorgeous new life insde you x

I dont want to be to personal but what sixe were you preprego? I was an american size 0 and I am hoping my belly goes back like yours its amazing i cant believe you had a baby only 11 weeks ago!

Really enjoyed this thread ladies your all soo brave!!! Thought i was on my own with my tummy post birth so lovely to see that i'm not!! all the damage for me was done with my first baby didnt get any more damage with my 2nd and 3rd ones, feel much better after seeing this thread as i know i am within the realms of normal whoohoo! xx
