Preeclampsia and raised CRP

Hi all, have had two babies previously and been diagnosed with preeclampsia and subsequently induced.

I am pregnant again and at my 12 week bloods my crp was raised. I have read it is generally raised in preeclamptic women is a possible indicator for developing the condition in later pregnancy. Anyone else had raised CRP and ended up with preeclampsia??
