I am wondering how long it took for you to feel 'normal' again? I am 11 months post partum and still have visual disturbances, protein in my urine and just dont feel myself. Has anyone else continued to spill protein this far after delivery?

Omg. It's almost been a year, I don't think that's normal Hun did u speak to your dr? My symptoms went away about a week after delivery...

It took me about 4 months. 11 months seems far too long to me. Have you been in contact with your Dr?

I still have vision issues- the pressure did cause some damage in that regard... otherwise all is back to normal. That's a long time to still be symptomatic, i'd get checked just in case. You may need to be on BP meds if you arent already

My bp never fully came down. My lg is 16 months now and even when she was about a year old, they were still checking my bp as it was on the high side, and were considering starting me on meds, but once you're on them, you stay on them for life. I still get the occasional high reading. I'd go and see your GP hun. x x

11 months is a very long time Hun. Id definatly see your doc. I will say though that even though my issues with BP went away right after delivery I was very sensitive to the symptoms and often felt like my pressure was up even when it wasn't. Stress and exhaustion ( common with what we women manage to fit into our lives these days) sometimes made me feel like my pressure was up. Also the long bed rest can really take a toll and take awhile to come back from. Good luck!
