Pregmate OPK

Those who have used pregmate OPK.....the instructions say to dip for 3 secs....my question is.....is it OK to dip for more than 3 secs OR do I just dip for only 3 secs and nothing more as per instructions??

Anybody have any ideas? You don't have to know about pregmate. I'm just asking about OPK in general.

I voted don't. You can oversaturatw opks and hpts, there's actually a current thread in the testing forum where she dipped two wondfo hpts in her urine. one for the recommended 3 and one for 20, and the 20 second one was waaaaay lighter. I had read previously a few years had similar things about peeing directly on the stick for only 5 seconds
