Hi ladies! I thought It would be nice to have a thread for those of us who are cancer survivors and are now pregnant. Or if you have a partner who is a survivor. There are some special concerns and fears for us and I would like to have a place where we can feel free to share them.
I was diagnosed with melanoma on leap day last year. Luckily it was caught at an early stage. My doctor said it was fine to get pregnant again. I still have a lot of fear, I worry that my last pregnancy caused my melanoma to develop and that I may get another from this pregnancy. But I can't live in fear! My child needs a sibling. Big hugs and lots of love to you ladies. I can't wait to share this journey with you!
