pregnancy pains

Hi there, I found out on tue 3rd january, we have been trying for 3 years, this is my first pregnancy. I have been experiencing cramping and some dull pain in my lower back. Is this normal as I am going out of my mind worrying, I am still under the acu and have an internal scan on the 19th, which will make me 7 weeks, to check that everything is ok and how many babies there are.
