Pregnancy pheromone

Ok i know this is pretty random but im at a mates place and ive told her i was pregnant. She had weaned her baby off the breast and has been dry for 2 weeks and all of a suddon she has started lactating again, could this be anything to do with the pheromones im putting off with being pregnant, shes heard that this can happen.
Its a crazy coincident otherwise.
