pregnancy scare. help?

Hey, I'm new here so I don't know if I'm posting where I should or not. But I need some answers. I'm sixteen and a virgin. I've never had any sexual experiences before. About 3 weeks ago, me and my boyfriend grinded. We were both naked when we did it but we didn't have sex. He didn't ejaculate, though I'm still scared of the fact that I could get pregnant. I've had my period but it was unsual for me. It started with brown spotting and then it was normal, until the second day when it stopped for the night. I've felt a bit dizzy and I had a slight lower, left abdominal pain. But I could barely feel it. Also I seem to be urinating more frequently. I must mention that lately I've been quite stressed. I don't know if it's psychological or if I'm just being paranoid, but I need some opinions. Thank you
