Well, at least you have clarity now for your surgery. Hope that goes well! The lack of spotting could just be a post-mc thing, it quite normal for things to change some.

They called yesterday and told me it was cancelled again. Twice now it's been cancelled. Really getting to me. Have one now in two weeks time. Tests have been negative since all those days ago not sure what's up with me. I had a normal period after my miscarriage bleed that had my usual spotting. But this period hasn't had the usual pre spotting. I guess until next period comes I just don't know for sure. Thanks ladies
