I'm 7 weeks and I don't feel sleepy anymore not feeling sick anymore no cramping but that's been. Gone for a few weeks now have a scan in weds I'm so scared there's going to be no heartbeat again x oh and with last pregnancies including the one I lost I get so spotty like really bad and this time nothing? Oh man pregnacy is so hard . Xx

Pregnancy is hard especially after losses. But just remember every pregnancy is different and some people don't have many symptoms, don't lose hope yet. Good luck at your scan
