pregnant after a mc.. how to work out dates?

Hi everyone,

I suffered a miscarriage at 5 weeks on 28th November 2014. I bled until the 3rd/4th December 2014. I then got another bfp on 26th December 2014. How do i work out my due date, as i didn't have a period between my mc and my bfp? Do i use the first day of my mc/bleeding as my first day of lmp?

I would use the first day of bleeding as day 1 and work out from there. It shouldn't be too far out. Good luck!

The exact same thing happened to me, and I used the first day of my miscarriage bleeding as the first day of my last menstrual period until I had early ultrasounds done. Based on the early ultrasounds they then set my due date and it was only two days off from using the first day of bleeding as my LMP. But that would make sense as I have 30 day cycles as oppose to 28 day cycles. I'm sorry that you miscarried, it is such a difficult thing to go through. Congrats on your new pregnancy.
