We just had an ultrasound and saw the heartbeat!!!!! I'm still nervous to be excited but can't help myself anymore 
It's a miracle that I am even pregnant and got to this point! I JUST had an ectopic, I had one cycle inbetween. I ovulated from my ectopic side, which made me twice as likely to have another ectopic. My progesterone when we first found out I was pregnant was 8 (not horrible, but low!). My uterine lining was at 4!!! So thin!!! I was spotting and in quite a bit of pain. And despite all those things, thank G-d, the baby is right on track!!
So for anyone going through something similar, have faith that everything will work out!!! I know we will have a long road ahead of us....but the fact that we are this far is really amazing!!
