Pregnant again??

I'm sure this question gets asked a lot... I mc 3 weeks ago at 7+3 although my baby didn't make it past 5-6 weeks. I'm kind of sure I ovulated last weekend. I got a negative test a couple of weeks ago, but now I have a faint line.
Could it be that the negative test was just with very diluted urine and this weeks is more concentrated therefore showing left over hcg? Or maybe this is a new pregnancy and the hormone is strong enough already?
I know none of you can tell me but your experiences would be appreciated.

Thanks I'm also getting sore boobs but then I'm not 100% sure I did ovulate so if I didn't that might mean I'm about to. I did have real cramps last weekend and ewcm. Now I don't and my cervix seems closed...

FWIW, here's what happened to me: I started bleeding 5/24, and fully miscarried 5/27 at 5+4. I had bleeding until 5/30. I had negative HPTs a few days after that. I have no idea when I ovulated, then I had another positive HPT 06/19- and I am now 33 weeks 4 days into that pregnancy.

With early miscarriages, it doesn't take very long for HCG levels to drop back down. If you had a negative test before and now you have a positive one, I'd say there's a very good chance it's a new pregnancy. Give it 2 or 3 days and test again, and if the line is still there (esp. if it's gotten darker!) call your OB so they can verify and give you a dating ultrasound, if that is needed. (I had no period in between, so I had an ultrasound.)

Thing is, we are so upset by what's happened and desperate to be pregnant again that we started ttc the day my bleeding completely stopped, do have been actively trying again now for 2 weeks. I could have ovulated last weekend but then maybe it was earlier, or maybe I haven't yet. It's so hard to know!! But reading stories like yours really helps keep me positive so thankyou
I'll test again tomorrow (I have a bag full of IC's) and will hopefully see something. Within a few days i had a much fainter line on an hpt so my levels were clearly dropping quickly, I can't see that it would drop fast then linger for well over a week. It's just hard to even contemplate accepting this might be a new pregnancy when you're so worried about getting your heart broken again... Fingers crossed.
