Pregnant but had IB for 3 days

Let me explain.

I'm 4w2d right now and will be going in for my prenatal checkup and blood test next Tuesday.

I typically spot about a week before AF is due, so naturally when I started spotting this past cycle I thought AF was coming. Well, to my surprise I took a test and at 11dpo saw the faintest of faint line. By 12dpo it got darker and I was even able to get "pregnant" on a digital.

So, I guess I'm asking did anyone else experience implantation bleeding for ~3days? It was brown/pink never red and never a lot of it. Mostly when I wiped.

I'm nervous about low progesterone.

I always spot around the time of my period when pregnant. Right now I am 4w1d and have had the the tiniest amount of spotting for two days. The spotting for me isn't even enough for a liner. I always get this with all my pregnancies.
