Pregnant but no symptoms... Low HCG level?! Please help..

Hi gys! Yesterday i was 13 days after positive ovulation test and the HCG level was 73. Is this a good level?
Therefore.... I have no symptoms. No sore boobs, no nausea, no even pains like period pains.. It is my second pregnancy.. Is it no feeling pregnant usual for second pregnancy? Please share your experience.... I am scared...

Symotoms arent an indicator of viability. 1 beta hcg doesnt matter, it's where the 2nd draw is and doubling time. It's still not a sure thing either. I had symptoms and good numbers only to lose my baby in 09 later on.
