Hi
I had been dieting & exercising when I got my BFP (am a LTTTCer) and am anxiously keeping my fingers crossed. I am overweight and don't want to put on too much too soon, which would be very easy to do. Because of my losses & age I dont want to do vigorous exercise, but walking is good.
Just looking to keep motivated with eating well and getting out and would love to hear what other people are eating & doing for exercise. Im only 6wks and obviously at a scary time.
