Pregnant lady sign on Baileys...?

Has anyone noticed the pregnant lady with a cross over her sign on the Baileys bottle?

Is there a particular reason for that? Baileys alone? Or are they saying its wrong wrong wrong to drink even one small alcoholic beverage when preggers?

Its on all alcoholic drinks & yes they are saying its wrong (not recommended) to drink at ALL when pregnant
