Pregnant Maybe?

Hi,

I'm new here but want some feedback (my brain is going crazy)! I am not actively ttc and I am on birth control pills (have been for about 10 years).

I had a course of antibiotics starting on 6th August due to an infection, but continued to take my BC pills still. Had sex a few times but no extra protection used, just 'pull out' method.

I just need your opinions on my body over the weekend:

Friday 17/08

• Two seperate occasions of a shooting pain in the uterine area, about an inch below my belly button (central not left or right) - only lasted a second or two but were in a pin pointed location and made me stop working at the time (didn't feel like regular gas or period pains).
  
• Followed by an urgent run to the bathroom with loose bowel movements at work!!!!!

Saturday (18/08)

• I had the stabbing pains twice again (a few hours apart - same location - again only a few seconds of pain).
  
• Again upset stomach - feels extremely bubbly and gassy - but go to the bathroom and don't need to go (although it feels like I do! but again it would be loose if I were to go).

Sunday19/08

• woke up with period like pains on my left side but fell straight back asleep (not worth waking up for)
• gassiness continued.

From what I can calculate I would have ovulated around 11/08 - 13/08 if anything. So 17th would have put me 5 to 7 days past ovulation. Due for period between 23-27th August.

It doesn't feel like gastro or anything (no other sick feeling synptoms - fever or nausea) and the only other time I had a shooting pain like that was when I ovulated around May this year (usually cannot feel anything) and that was on my right side not central.

Don't usually get too many period pains full stop but when they do the pain is in a much broader area and it is accompanying my period!

So confused and I am more than likely not pregnant (every other time I thought I have been I was wrong) just does this sound anything like anyone elses experiences?

I am going to see the doctor tonight but I am going crazy!!!

Hi I don't think I can help cause I'm unsure as well but I've had the pains all day yesterday and they are worse today wish someone would reply to my post also as I had light bleeding which was possibly implantation bleeding as it lasted two nights around 14th July and still haven't had my period in a month I'm to scared to take a test to

I would test if I was you? Just to be sure! I'm sorry I can't help you either (no experience whatsoever in pregnancy stuff), I should ask my sis as she has 6! Are you hoping for a positive test?

Update on mine:

Monday - belly still a bit bubbly - went to the docs and he didn't know what it could be (I don't want to assume I am pregnant) but told me to come back in 3-4 days if I still felt funny!

Tuesday - belly felt good - finally!!! - then another cramp in the evening!

Today - lower belly is back with its old tricks - feeling bubbly again and the odd cramp this morning!

I think I will HPT on Saturday morning (approx 12 dpo) - due for AF between 26/27 August... but I will update (negative or positive) as it is so annoying looking for info on here when no one updates their posts as to a result!

Just updating - this morning took HPT - negative

I suppose we will find out for sure either tomorrow or Monday, but I am guessing its just a false alarm!
