Pregnant on the pill after a miscarriage?

So I'm 19. I just had a d&c in March. As soon as my body healed in April, I got on the pill. I had my period last month and this month, but this month didn't feel like a normal period, it was a light bleed. I've been having pregnancy symptoms, tired, weird cravings, and headaches. Is this possible and has it happened to anyone else?

Sorry for your loss . It is possible, but it is also likely that your body is adjusting to being on the pill and getting back into rhythm after your miscarriage. When is your period due? If it is unusual again or it doesn't arrive I'd take a test then.
