Hi all,
Since January my cycles have an average lenght of 26 (24-27).
Before that they usually were more in the 27-32 range.
The past few months I haven't felt very well, tired, headaches, no energy to really get things done...
Eventually I went to my gp who took some bloods, turns out my iron and folic acid were on the low side, that explained why I felt so miserable.
That was early july, I've been taking a general vitamine supplement since then. It's one specific for women (nothing to do with ttc) but I'm now on CD29. So I'm also a bit in panic-mode I must admit.
So I was wondering if such supplements can have an influence on the length of your cycle?
Or if low iron/folic acid (and maybe other vitamines, but they didn't test for that) can shorten your cycle?
experiences? plsss?
