Pregnant?

Hi all.

So I'm usually on a 31 day cycle. Am currently 3 days late. I've got flu like symptoms and have just started to get small red bumps on my stomach and thighs, then a few on my arms.

Have done a pregnancy test but was negative. I'm usually bang on 31/32 days. Could I be pregnant?
