Premature Baby clothing

Hi, my sister has just had a premature baby - a girl at 4lb 3oz - and I wanted to know if anyone knows where I can get some nice premature baby clothes that will fit her??

Jojo Maman Bebe do super cute stuff!

Mothercare, Boots and Pumpkin Patch also do prem clothing and they're all pretty cheap.

We got some tiny baby stuff from Tesco and Asda too.....Adams were good as well but I think most or all of them have closed down now

babyprem.com is really good. Loads of baby on the SCBU Molly was in used them, as did we. The clothes fit a lot better than most of the stuff in the shops which were too big x

Do you mind me asking how prem Molly was? Mine is only going to be 3 weeks prem but will be on the small side anyway due to congenital defect.

I bought some a few months ago for a friend who had her little girl at 34 weeks, and the best place I found was Tesco's! And it was lovely.

I second (or third!) Tesco being good. The 'Early Baby' Tesco range is very small and fit my smaller twin from 3lb to 4lb 10oz which he is now and they are getting quite snug.

Thanks for all of your suggestions! I've bought her a set from Mothercare. Everything seems so basic for premature babies though. I mean, I know it's not a catwalk show but I thought there might be a few things a bit cuter!

i know what you mean, i had to go to mothercare today and buy some more premature clothes for my lil girl as shes 5lb 4oz and its a nightmare, we got some in the end but it was very limited and couldnt find any pink ones anywhere

Do you have a Jojo Maman Bebe near you? I keep banging on about them but they do have cute designs and their prem stuff is particularly small compared to some other shops.

Aww she is the same weight as my Elliot (he got weighed yesterday!). The Tesco early babygrows are a pretty good fit actually. Maybe a tiny bit snug on the length though. The boys ones are only in blue, or white and blue patterns with things like little dude on them! Have a load of boring white ones as well of course

I got all my stuff from Mothercare, as I was told my LO would be born at 32 weeks. She was born at smack on 40 weeks however, weighing a whopping 8lb5 So I ended up putting it all on ebay. Look on ebay - babies that age grow very fast!!
