This is my first month using ovulation tests, so started on CD5, the day after AF stopped, as per instructions. Cycle last month was 27 days, month before was 28 - didn't pay attention before that as had implant.

I thought the numbers should increase gradually each day until peak, it increased on CD6 but seems to now be back down again, is this normal?

I know I did it 3 times yesterday instead of 2, was just confused since the first 2 were lower than the day before

My experience with opks is that my lines will vary in intensity until I get a + and then it's extremely dark (darker than control). Sometimes I'll get a somewhat dark line and think my + is coming, then it will get lighter for a few days and then a definite +.
