Okay so at my first appointment at the doctor they gave me a "goodie" bag full of prenatal samples and what not. This may be a very stupid question but I've been taking the same prenatal for a few months is it okay to try some of these? They gave me several 4 day packs of different kinds and I know they are basically the same thing but I wanted to check and see what you ladies were doing. I'd like to get a prescription so this would be a good way for me to try them out witch I'm sure is their point. Sorry if this is stupid lol I just wanted to check

It's completely safe to try new prenatals, My prenatal was chosen based on Amazon reviews and the ingredient list, lol. As long as the packets tell you exactly what is going into your body, you shouldn't have any problems. I will warn you that if you're sensitive to new vitamins, switching up your prenatals will probably make you feel sick for the first couple of days.

Yep it won't do any harm, I think the majority of them are roughly the same anyway!
