I'm hoping to breastfeed when my LO arrives and I was just reading up on a few bits.
I have never had inverted nipples but in my pregnancy book it said to pnch just above and below the areolas to check that the nipples stuck out more when you did that but that some peoples would invert so you should then start massaging.
Anyway mine seemd to go flat and in not full inversion but def not more protruding so now I have 2 questions:
1.) It just said massage and gave no tips on how or technique etc...
2.) The minute I start touching my nipples firmly or squeezing nearby them i start to leak so am I likely to cause more problems for my self?
