Preseed or EWCM?

This morning DH and I BD and I used Preseed. I didnt use a lot. Afterwards, I put in a Softcup. I left it in all day, as Ive read you can wear it for 12 hours. Anyway, when I went to take it out, I could see liquid in the cup that I assume was semen, but I noticed what looked like EWCM going into the toilet. I used to get this years ago but havent noticed this while TTC.

So Im wondering if it was the Preseed that had been left in my body for a few hours OR I was actually lucky enough to have the famous EWCM this cycle?
