Preseed Success/Fails ?

Hi Ladies, Last month I used Preseed for the first time. Didn't use very much because I've heard ppl say that it's pretty slippery. Used a small amount and really liked it...anyway, just wanted to let you all know that I got my BFP on Mother's day at 14dpo. Had my first doctor's appointment today. Sooo exciting!! Dh and I have been trying for about a year now, and I am pleased to say that this preseed really helped us. I would recommend it!! Good luck to you all.

I got my BFP the cycle we didn't use it; however, I'd only bought it the cycle just before that one.

My preseed just arrived today! I'm hopeful after reading this thread. Would anyone recommend specifically how much is not too much? The instructions say till it's full which is 4g!

Hi! The directions may say 4g, but my dh and I used 1.5 and got pregnant in one use! Good Luck and baby dust.

Hi Congrats to all the BFPs!! Its great to hear success stories, im on 4dpo of my 2nd month using it and feel hopeful this month...We have always used about 2g and we find its plenty!

I've never tried the recommend amount of pre-seed as all I read on here stated it would make it too slippery so only ever used half the amount but not worried it's not enough as have heard some positive stories with only half the amount.

Due AF 29 April so we'll see if pre-seed has helped.

Hi hun. We tried for 5 cycles to fall pg with Ava doing every conceivable ttc trick in the book. The 6th month we bought some preseed and got my bfp!! I credit my lovely Ava to preseed and am using it again this time x

i just purchased pre seed! planning on using it when i O. not due to O for around 10 days, but that okay since i am not near my DH until friday. SUPER excited about using pre seed. i have heard alot of good things when combined with soft cups. good luck ladies!

we have been trying since depo shot was due march 2010. but really REALLY TTC since march 2011. hope that we get that BFP SOON.

Used it last month, no result but I think I got all confused about my O date all...
This month I am temping and using OPKs so we won't miss the egg and planning to use Preseed again as it was quite good fun.
So Fx'd that all of these combined will work!

Used preseed waiting for af she is due today as of 4:20pm she hasn't showed I also used soft cups with the preseed

I'm also having problems with cervical mucus in that I don't think I'm getting any at all (not helped by the fact I've taken clomid this cycle). So I did my research and here are a few things I'm going to do myself which might help u too.
1) use preseed
2) got fertile cm ( supplement I got off amazon which helps u produce fertile cervical mucus).
3) use mucinex (also from amazon) it has 600mg of guanefsin per capsule which will help liquify ur cervical mucus.
hopefully a combination of all these things is going to give me top grade cm for the little swimmers so they can get to that egg!

If you concieved while using preseed, did you have a boy or a girl?? I read some information that said preseed makes a more favorable environment for male sperms. Just wondering youre experiences!!!

i just ordered some. and im on cd3 so by the time i need it, it will be in. so im hoping for good results. im ttc my first. we werent trying but werent preventing for a few months last year, then my periods got all crazy so i got on bc for a little while and got off in nov. and they have been on track since then. and since then we hadnt been preventing or trying until my last cycle we actually started charting and trying. so this cycle will be #2ttc. and im hoping for good results this go-round. i also am trying the robitussin and taking a baby aspirin everyday. so hopefully between all those it will work!! good luck to all of you ladies!!!!

my understanding is baby asprin thins the blood...check with your doctor before taking it. My doctor recommended I take it daily after my miscarriage. But I had to stop when I had my ectopic so be careful.

I got some preseed from Walgreens the other day. I plan to try and use it this month when I O. DH and I usually use lubricant cause he's uncircumcised and sex can be painful for him if I don't lubricate enough. So hopefully this will help. I won't be able to test until the second week in July...but I'll be patient if I can get a bfp
