DH and I used preseed and the first cycle we used it we got pregnant. We got pregnant the 2nd cycle. I'm not saying this is what did it for us but I don't think it hurt one bit. I just ordered some more online today because we are going to start trying again in a week 
I love it! Even if you only use it for a month it's great lubricant to use the rest of the pregnancy.
