Pressure and pain in Vag area?

What is this? most of the day ive had cramping, pressure down there. I couldn't even walk around the grocery store for very long, I was so uncomfortable?

It could be your babys head is now engaged, causing pressure on your vaginal tissue. Also some women get varicose veins in their lady bits due to this pressure which can lead to the area feeling very sore and swollen.

I get a stabbing pain a lot, but it didn't start until about 37 weeks for me. LO didn't turn head down until then, so your LO is probably head down and pushing on you. It hurts like crazy, but totally normal.
