I have this strange feeling just below my belly button every so often, usually when I've been sat down for a little while.. it feels like a little push/pressure against me from the inside, is this baby? It usually lasted for a few seconds. I have felt her move in other ways such as little flips etc, but this feels different - is it still her, just pushing against me? or is it something else? never experienced anything like it before becoming pregnant, it has only been happening since I hit 17 weeks.

thanks. :)

Around 16/17 weeks I started getting this pressure feeling, I don't know what it was but it went away around 20 weeks and now at 34weeks I get the feeling now and again, I just put it down to the baby :)

I get this as well. Not sure if it's baby pushing on the stomach or maybe a braxton hicks as my whole stomach goes hard xx

I never had braxton hicks with Amelia, it could be that! Is 17 weeks too early to get them? X

I never had them with Holly either but got them quite early on this time :)

You can get braxton hicks right from the start if your pregnancy just we don't feel them till out womb has reached over our belly button x

I'm so worried, had so many aches and pains today! :nope: I've just listened on the doppler and she's still really low down, well her HB is. I'm terrified something is wrong, I now have period pain! X

If you really worried the best advice I can give you is to call your midwife or doctor as they can advise you what is best

Hope everything ok

I had, what I believe to have been, my first Braxton hicks contraction today.... Tight pressure down low where my uterus is... Lasted for 15-20 seconds.

I get this sometimes when I'm laid down, it's just baby.
