Pressure?

18 weeks and feeling a constant "pressure" on my pubic area/lower stomach. Almost like someone is continually pushing on me. Anyone else have this? Is it just stretching?

I get a feeling like this often. Feels like the baby is hammocked in there. I take a bath and then he moves up a bit and settles down.
