Private antenatal care and gestational diabetes

Has anyone ever gone private while having gestational diabetes. I have had it my last 2 pregnancies and just went the normal NHS route and attended both maternity and endocrine clinic fortnightly but had considered going private this time.Does anyone know how that affects the diabetic side of things and do you still attend thee endocrine clinic as you normally would? Sorry if this is posted in the wrong place.
