Private Messages

Is there anyway to allow a more Private Messages to be in my inbox/sent mail at one time?

Right now it is allowing 100 messages collectively with inbox & sent mail, but I vaguely remember back when i joined in 2008 that there was an option to change it to a higher amount... am I crazy, or is this still an option?

think everyones limit is 100 x

Create a folder and transfer some messages to that to free up some space.
