Probably a silly question...does pumping count as BF'ing?

Since I went back to work I have to pump during the day to provide milk for the next day. But I BF LO first thing in the morning, evening and before bed (and all weekend).

Am I still a BF'ing mommy?

I do the same and I definitely consider myself a breast feeding Mama. What we do is hard work!

You sure are!! I'm a bf mom and I work full time. My LO gets my pumped milk in a bottle during the day when I'm at work. I bf on demand in the mornings, evenings and weekends, just like you. We are totally bf moms!

Otherwise there wouldn't be too many breastfeeding moms, as lots of moms have to go back to work!

Totally a bf'ing mama! I couldn't stand pumping. My supply was enough to keep her happy, but never enough to pump and feed her. Thankfully my job is really flexible and my manager would let me clock out and OH would bring DD up to feed. So, hats off to you for pumping, washing, pumping some more!
