Ok ladies, first of all I really want to say thank you for the warm welcome to this part of the forum, you girls are a real inspiration. 
I'm off to see the dr on Tuesday morning, which I'm dreading, but will be glad to get it over and done with. I'm going to ask her to test me for PCOS as I'm not getting af, and it has been 6 months now (have done pregnancy tests and all have been negative apart from some evaps) and I'm a big girl (am in the process of trying to lose my weight, but it seems awful to shift).
I've heard you ladies mention Provera, Clomid and Metformin (hoping I've got the spellings right) and I've tried doing a bit of research on them all but got completely baffled.
I was wondering if anyone could just give me a little bit more information on them, should I need to talk to the dr about them in the future?
