for the last few days I've had a really stiff neck and felt breathless... can anyone shed any light ?

I personally think it's stress-related lol

Stiff necks can be caused by stress and bring on tension in your muscles which can be tension headaches to, I get them sometimes and i find siting in a warm bath helps alot. Not sure on the pg symptoms part tho hun. Hopefully you get it figured out soon
