Profile picture?

Does anyone know how to make the profile picture show up? I seem to be having trouble. Its there when I go to edit the profile picture, but it will now show when i post

hahaha thanks to the "similar threads" i have been given the answer!! for those who use this as the same, its the avatar...not the profile picture. strange....
