progesterone 54 ng/ml CD 22 but i got af 3 day early?

what's up with this? I prayed so much it was "spotting from implantation but nope come morning it's mean AF"

I do not understand the Dr. says with a level of 54 i am ovulating so why after almost 2 year ttc am i not getting pregnant???

And why would my period come early out of the blue - i know its AF cause there is tissue and it's heavy now.
