Progesterone and vitex 21 day bloods need reassurance

Last cycle was my first cycle.of vitex. I had he 21 day test which came back as a 12 so hadnt od. My bbt went up and looked quite good so was a shock. I am now on cycle 2 of vitex. My bbt isnt so great i have been not adjusting my.bbt as i have been getting up within an hr or 2 each day. Today if i adjused my bbt it would be bellow.coverline as it stand i have left it where it is. I have read u shouldnt adjust but every other cycle i have. I just feel doomed. My 2nd 21 day test is on tue. I just dont feel like i od. I have no post o cramps. Feel like its going to come back that i hadnt od.

Cant vitex have a reverse effect and stop u oing? I have read its not suitable.for everyone. I also take red clover but i know the 2 are compatable. Vitex has shortened my cycle by about 5 days as i have od earlier and last cycle i had a 11 day lp instead of 10. Im just really scared its going to say im not.oing.. they wont send me.fpr.more tests as i have a child and on the nhs here they will only investigate more if u dont have a child. Anyone got any advice? Or success stories?

For me, my charts often looked like I ovulated but my blood tests said I didn't. I was so frustrated and felt like I'd wasted so much time.

I read about Vitex and there were lots of warning stories about those with regular cycles who do ovulate. Basically it can screw up regular cycles. So it definitely could stop you from ovulating.
