Progression pics...opinions?

DH and I would like to tell my in-laws tomorrow that we are pregnant. I'm just nervous, like most of us, that something might go wrong. I know tests aren't fool proof, but do you think things are progressing ok? I've already had a few blood draws and didn't want to be the crazy lady calling for another today They were all taken over the course of the last week; I've been spotting every day, which adds to the anxiousness.
