whats the best ways to give a baby protein without meat/fish? i want to hold off on them til 6 months if possible, but i'm worried katie's not getting enough protein.

mum said she'd get enough from milk, but is that true?

can they have lentils at this age???

I don't think they need any before 6 months, the milk will be giving them what they need. Weaning is only basically introducing the taste of food. xx

Yep as long as she's still having plenty of milk feeds she'll be fine. Icside is right, at that age weaning is about introducing tastes rather than providing nutrition.

How much milk is she having? Babies really don't need anything other than milk before 6 months and should be getting everything they need nutrition wise through it

She doesnt need it. Like the others have said they dont need anything extra until 6 months... Before 6 months you just play with solids, but they arnt a necessity.
