puffy & swollen right, top eye lid!

Does anyone know if a Puffy and swollen Top eye lid could be an early symptom of pregnancy? I dont know if its pregnancy related... but my top right eye lid is puffing up for 2 days now... and it is itchy and painful if i blink hard!!

From what you're saying i would go to your chemist/pharmacist and they should be able to give you some drops- it sounds more like something's irritated/scratched your eye itself/infection x
