Pulled muscle in chest, remedies please!

Hello!

I had a bad cough a couple of weeks ago and since then I've had a horrid pain in my right side when I cough/laugh/sneeze. I think it must be a pulled muscle from the coughing? Does anyone have any remedies to help it relax a bit? Like muscle rubs that are baby friendly maybe?
