Pump Hurting

ive started trying to express more regular and store and id like to start giving him a bottle on a night to try and fill him up a bit more before bed.

ive got an electric pump but my nipple become really sore while im expressing, the milk is coming out, i do it the same time as callums feeding as my other boob always leaks so i thought why waste lol
i adust the suction i try alsorts but it still kills then after they throb and for the next few feeds the pain is awful, im i expressing wrong?
i make sure that the nipple is in the centre of the hole.

should i buy a diff pump or is it just me. what do you think

I have gone back to my manual pump. I found that even though the electric pump was fab, it just didn't agree with my nips! I quite a dab hand with my manual now and it only takes 10 minutes to express a full feed.

Sorry it is hurfting you, I've got a medela double pump and it is a little uncomfortable for the first 2 mins, but then I can hardly feel it.

I had a medela mini pump and i had the same prob it really hurt plus it hurt after when i fed him. Medela offer different size cup sections for different size nipples, does yours do this if so you could try a different size??
Now i just hand express and can do this much easier and its pain free!!
