Purees with chicken/fish?

Does anyone have any good recipes or ideas how to introduce fish and chicken please? I bought some cod fillets and some chicken mini fillets yesterday and I want to make up some dinners for M with them

We made a chicken casserole with rice and mashed some up for connah and he loved that. So maybe chicken with rice/casseroles/stews/a mini roast dinner. Just check the salt content in the sauces that you use

Not sure about fish though as we dont really eat it much and connah hasnt tried it yet.

You can also get 'baby' chicken gravy...with the baby foods in the supermarkets, I didn't use it at first because Emma would eat it without but now she's getting used to lots more foods & tastes I've got some.

my little girl loves chicken stew/casserole, i just boil up chicken carrots potato and a little leek together with a small (very small) spoon of marmite to help make the gravy and blend that.
she also loves creamy chicken, again boil chicken butternut squash and carrot, sometimes a little bit of potato, drain the water off once cooked and add a little cream, then blend x

you could also make your own version of a fish pie, cook the fish in some milk then add it to some mash and broccoli, or use a cheese sauce x

Right, I have made three different ones:

Chicken with Leek, Carrot and Potato
Chicken with potato and sweetcorn
Creamy chicken with red and green peppers

I am going to try him with one tomorrow and going to do some fish ones over the weekend, they all taste really nice so I hope he likes them!

I did Chicken Carrot n Apple, Fish & Sweet Potato. Some fab recepies on Annabel Karmel website really easy to follow. I not a fish fan but want her to try as much as possible. Good Luck x

He loves the chicken with leek one but wasn't keen on the one with sweetcorn he kept spitting it out!
