Q about Implantation Cramping

Hey ladies, I'm sure this question has been asked a thousand times and I'm sure the answer is that is it different for everyone but I am going out of my MIND!!
OK so I am 8dpo and last night and for some of today I have had really painful cramps in my lower abdomen on the left side. When I put pressure on the area it hurts like a proper pain than an ache and tends to be worse when I move around or go to the toilet. Could these be implantation cramps???
It lasts for about an hour or so, wears off then comes back a few hours later. I've only ever been pregnant once before and that ended in an mmc at 5 weeks so very early on and I can't remember my symptoms at all but definitely don't remember this... Don't want to get my hopes up but can't help but wonder about it...It feels like trapped wind but going to the loo doesn't seem to help (sorry tmi)
Please help either one way or the other!!

I had this too and when I coughed it really hurt on one side of my abdomen . Maby u r ovulating. Cause u have the pain on one side

Well I wondered about that but I got my positive opk over a week ago so it would be very late to ov wouldn't it??

to me implantation cramping feels like a dull period cramp, like that pulling achy feeling in your lower abdomen, and it does seem to come and go throughout the day, or maybe it's that it's not so strong that it's noticed constantly, but that when you think about it you realize, yep I still feel it kind of thing.
To me it almost felt like your stomach feels really low down right before you are going to get diahrrea, sorry gross, but that's kind of how I had to describe that feeling to my husband since well.. he's never had period cramps before lol For me that started right from implantation and lasted the entire pregnancy, sometimes I'd notice it and sometimes I wouldn't.

those coughing aches, and pains on one side, etc.. I only ever felt that as round ligament pain starting eaarly on when everything is starting to stretch.
