Im 16 (17 june16th)
i was told since fob and i were not married that i have full custody? yes/no?
I did write my story here idk if ya'll read it tho, he was abusive..
he wants me back, and i know ill have a hard time saying no, but i know i will have to for my sons sake.
is there anyway i can cut him out completely?
he has fobs last name can i change that?
does he have rights? if so, what are they?

I have no idea Hun. Every where is different and I'm in the states and here every state had laws that are different. Do you have documentation of the abuse? I know here they would not let him near you or the baby. Do you have legal aid? Also, with you being under the age of 18 have you thought about asking a school counselor?

hes going threw court now , he has pleaded guilty.
i do online school , no counselor there
