Question about 20 week scan....

Had my 20 week scan yesterday and everything is perfect and I'm having another lovely boy. My question is about the dates, my baby is measuring 21-22 weeks so that means that im 21 weeks or that the baby is 21 weeks? I'm a little confused, my LMP was April 18th so obviously I should be 21 weeks and the baby 19 weeks right?

They go by combined lmp/conception. You will always be two weeks ahead of conception if you ovulate on a 28 day cycle. So, just go by 21 weeks for both you and baby. Less headaches. Just know that baby is 19 weeks from conception and when they do the ultrasound they are adding the two weeks from LMP to it as a constant. Hence, 21 weeks pregnant. I hope that made sense.
