Hey I ordered a peach 3, and am just wondering whether icandy are good for walks? The walk I'll intend to do regularly is along a canal, so some little stones - Maclaren techno stroller takes it fine, but am curious do icandys jiggle about? Either way I'm happy with the purchase but was just curious as to what sort of ride the kids will have. I know the wheels are different on the 3, but have no experience of icandy both past and present so would be nice to hear about people's thoughts of the ride on any of the icandy models as don't imagine it differs that much on any of them? Thanks in advance :flower:

My sister has the icandy (second one i think) and i had a drive of it the other day & loved it :) really solid .. she did have the 3 wheel jogger icandy first but the front wheel kept sticking & not turning.
Im looking to get the peach this time round, we had the bugaboo gecko when lo was a baby then the out n about which is by far my best but not parent facing :)

We had an out n about double for a while they are good aren't they! Did mean that ds2 never really parent faced though. We like that we will be able to alternate the children when both in seat units so they'll both have time parent facing, it will be lovely. Thanks for your reply :flower:

I have the icandy peach and love it. I walk everyday over to the farm shop, which is across a dirt path and fields and it's absolutely fine. I have the 4 wheel one.

Amazing! I've got the peach 2 .. Not that much different from the 3, just some improvements. I love it! So reliable! I walk practically EVERYWHERE and it's awesome, on pavement, grass, long walks, short walks, hills, anywhere! Very easy to steer, and doesn't jiggle about! I'm making mine a double for baby number two :) (that's the other awesome thing, they make an excellent compact double)

I use my peach in preference to the maclaren when doing an off road walk through the woods. It's great on stones / cobbles etc. only prob is sometimes mud can jam up the front wheel if it gets under the wheel arch thing. I usually poke it out with a stick from time to time.

Just got the blossom adaptor ready for LO in December!

Where did you get your convertor kit for the blossom from? I'm getting mine next month, not sure wether to order it direct or from like john Lewis or something?

No it will be fine, the suspension is great and it's really smooth to push (more so than the Maclaren). The only thing it really can't handle is snow, as the snow impacts under the front wheel arch turning into solid compacted ice which prevents the front wheels from turning.

Roxie - I ordered mine through John Lewis but it turns out the silver mint colour has been discontinued, so they had to get it from icandy! What colour is yours? Not sure if all peach 2s are discontinued or just the colour way I got. I ended up buying the converter "just in case" - in an ideal world I would have waited til Nov / Dec to see if my daughter will still go in the icandy! Guess I can always stick it on eBay.....

Ahh I see! Mine is the berry Bon Bon! I was worried about the john Lewis thing too because they said they have about 20 left in stock and most probably won't be ordering in anymore, I think they are all being discontinued as they like to sell newest models! I can't get it until next month anyway, so will have to keep my fingers crossed, if not then directly from Icandy!

Did you know you can send your peach 2 to the icandy team and they fix it up to become a peach 3 ? Sounds tempting :haha: but blaaaah, too much effort! Lol

I love my icandy, lovely to walk with and my DD was so snug and happy in it I'm definitely using it again. :)

Ahh these reviews make me want it here already! Am tempted to collect it early and use as as single for ds2 before baby gets here. Thanks for the responses :flower:

Well we caved & collected early, have been using it as a single for ds2 for about 5 weeks I love it it's almost perfect x
