Question about OPKS

Will an OPK show positive if you are pregnant, when you know there is NO way you are ovulating because you are 5dpo??

I wondered the same. I've heard that LH can fluctuate throughout the cycle but I'm not sure about it causing a positive!? I posted a thread regarding the same just a short while ago titled What in the &@^$? (or something of the sort) Not many responses though. Good luck to you!

LH and Hcg are very similar hormones. So chemically speaking, a opk test could pick up hcg and affect the test strip as can LH.
